Houston’s history with pharmacies, specifically drug stores, is long. What exactly is a drugstore? Well, to me, at least, a store with a pharmacy and HBA and a basic allotment of convenience qualifies as a drug store. We started with local chains like Maddings, who sold out to Eckerd. We also have a long history with chains like Walgreens.
